Cable Service Complaints Form

The Office of Cable Television promotes adequate, economic and efficient cable television service to the residents of DC. OCT regulates and audits cable TV companies for the public interest and negotiates on behalf of the residents for the best possible service from cable providers. OCT is the cable customer's advocate, holding cable companies to the highest levels of customer and technical service.

OCT has set up an email address to help us hear about your comments and complaints. You can send us an email about anything that relates to cable TV in DC, not just complaints. But please see our complaint email form if you have an issue that needs immediate attention. Just have a question to ask? Want to let us know how you feel about the service you receive? Would you like to see a change in the regulations? Have a tip for our cable inspector? All these and more are appropriate for sending us an email. Please include all information in your email, so you can let us know how to reach you right away if you need an answer. More details are better.
