Public Service Announcement Guidelines
All PSA requests must be submitted by an organization that qualifies as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Service Tax Code 501 (c) 3 or have a 501(c) 3 fiscal sponsors.
If your event or your organization does not meet the above criteria, your announcement will not be considered. Due to the large number of submissions we receive, there is no guarantee that each submitted event will be included in the programming schedule.
Organizations are allowed one announcement per 30 day period. Only one announcement per organization will be broadcast at any given time.
The following event announcements cannot be produced as PSA's but may be listed in another part of the programming schedule.

Exceptions to these will be considered on a case by case basis.
Specific prices for events or services will not be mentioned on any PSA.
Can I Produce My Own PSA?
If you choose to record your own Public Service Announcement, it must meet the OCT production standards, PSA guidelines, must be ready for broadcast, and will need to be approved by the Director of Television Programming. A copy of your script and a copy of the 501 (c) 3 approval information must be included with submission.
Use our convenient form to submit your request for video production. Please be as specific and detailed as possible. You must put an entry into every field. An error message will prompt if a field is left blank and you will have to edit the form. If you do not know the answer, pleae put in "unknown" or "undecided" or "n/a." Finally, after you have submitted your request, you will receive a response from the Project Manager after we review your request.
