The Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) enforces the District of Columbia’s consumer protection laws.
By submitting your consumer complaint to DCRA, you help to identify unlawful practices that DCRA investigates for possible enforcement action. In many cases, DCRA’s staff are able to help consumers and merchants to resolve their disputes.
