Form for Reporting Suspected Fraud Against the Government

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) can bring civil enforcement actions to recover treble damages against those who make false claims to the District Government for the purpose of improperly obtaining or retaining government funds.

By reporting suspected violations of the District’s charitable solicitations law, you can help OAG to identify illegal conduct for possible enforcement action.

Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity will be kept confidential unless you tell us otherwise.
