Form for Reporting Suspected Price-Fixing or Bid-Rigging

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) can bring antitrust enforcement actions against unlawful restraints of trade, such as price-fixing and bid-rigging. By reporting these activities, or other violations of the antitrust laws, you can help OAG to identify illegal conduct for possible enforcement action.

Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity will be kept confidential unless you tell us otherwise.
