OAG Consumer Complaint Form
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) enforces the District of Columbia’s consumer protection laws.
By submitting your consumer complaint to OAG, you help to identify unlawful practices that OAG investigates for possible enforcement action. In many cases, OAG’s staff is able to help consumers and merchants to resolve their disputes.
